If you change your mind: 

• Within 30 days, with the packing slip or receipt and tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
• Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
• nachouria reserves the right to deny the return of any product.

Exchange Policy

• Charmingcharlie.com is unable to offer exchanges; simply return your item and re-purchase your new item.
• If you received an item as a gift, you will need a receipt or gift receipt to process your exchange.
• nachouria reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.

Online Purchases

Returns postmarked within 30 days of the ship date will be considered to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if the following guidelines are met:

• Item is still in new condition, unused and undamaged
• Tags are attached to item and item remains in original packaging

CC Luxe Return Policy

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• No Exchanges on Luxe items, returns only.
• All Luxe items MUST be returned to nachouria.com following the "Return by Mail" instructions below. In store returns for items purchased online will NOT be accepted.
• Returns MUST include packing slip as well as the original case/box and any item certification included in package.
• Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
